Email [email protected] and tell us which part is missing from your Ringo box. A part that was missing from the box is replaced free of charge — that is our mistake, not yours.
Two things make it quicker. Compare the box against the Ringo component list, which is here, so you can name the part; small components often settle under the foam or in a corner of the packaging. Then send us your order number and a photo of the contents laid out, and we can post the right part first time.
If a part was damaged during the build rather than missing from the box, we can still supply a replacement. That one is chargeable, and we quote the price before sending anything.
Ringo is discontinued, so if the part you need is no longer available we will tell you straight away and work out an alternative with you.
