We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective and in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, email us at [email protected] and we'll send you all the information you need. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return.


If the return is due to our mistake (wrong kit, damaged kit), we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. If you're returning for other reasons (changed your mind, didn't cancel in time), the return shipping cost is your responsibility.


Missing a part? That's different from a return. If a component is missing from your kit, you do not need to return anything. Just email us with a photo of what you received and a description of the missing part, and we'll ship it to you right away.


Damages and issues: Please inspect your order when you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges: The fastest way to get the right item is to return what you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
