Battery life depends heavily on usage, especially how often the screen and LEDs are on. When the device is new or relatively new, the battery typically lasts two to three days under normal use (checking the time and occasional app interaction). 

If you are constantly running heavy animations, high-intensity LEDs, or complex code, the battery will drain faster. To maximize battery life, you can also code a "sleep mode" into your custom apps to conserve power when the watch isn't in active use!
